Shipping policy

All Australian Domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post - Parcel Post or Express Post (selected at checkout).  Tracking numbers will be provided by email or SMS depending on your preferred method of communication.

International orders will be shipped using Australia Post's "Standard" Parcel Service.  This service accommodates parcels up to 20kgs.  ESTIMATED delivery timeframes are listed as 6+ Business Days depending on parcel destination.  Tracking is included and tracking updates can be provided by Email or SMS.  International Parcels shipped via this service are covered in value up to AUD $100.00.  Additional cover is available upon request and is charged at Australia Post's rates.

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE - SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Maille Order Rings Australia has suspended shipments to the United States of America due to the changes in Tariffs.  Shipments to the USA will not resume until the tariffs are lifted and / or a new Free Trade Agreement is negotiated and implemented. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
